Florentine gelato brand Badiani 1932 contacted us to help deliver their first Gelateria in France, following a number of successful shop openings in the UK, situated in the Carrousel du Louvre under the eponymous Parisian art gallery.

The project involved helping Badiani to open their first site in France with a tight delivery timeline, before the commencement of the Paris 2024 Olympics, and navigating the difference between the processes they were familiar with in other countries, as well as the complexity of delivering a construction project on a site where little to no construction can take place during public opening hours.
