The Architectural Institute is a centre for international architectural discourse, education, and research in Paris. The Institute’s primary activity is as a private school of architecture and interior design, and in addition, the Institute hosts public events, exhibitions, lectures, and book publications as part of its mission to advance international discourse on architecture and design in the city of Paris.

The project involved helping the Architectural Institute to open their first site in France with a tight delivery timeline, providing high-quality and industry-standard facilities to the new cohort of architecture and design students at the Institute. The project includes the creation of studio spaces, workshops, a library, and lecture and events space, as well as replacement of the ground floor façade of this historic Montmartre building.
